Musculoskeletal ultrasound is a tool we use in the clinic to observe tissues such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and other structures, and to complement our physiotherapy assessment.
It lets us explore the area, compare structures and obtain information that can help us better guide the treatment and follow your progress during recovery.
But an image never tells the whole story. That’s why, at FIMED, ultrasound doesn’t replace a good clinical assessment — it complements it when indicated.
